Cyera Series G Extension: $400M From Goldman Sachs
Cyera announced on September 22, 2026 a $400 million extension from Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives to its Series G. That Series G was led by Evolution Equity. The company press release says the capital accelerates a unified data-and-identity platform for governing access for humans, machines, and AI agents.
The About section on that wire states Cyera is valued at over $12 billion and names Paramount, Chipotle, and Valvoline as customers. Those valuation and customer names are company-reported.
This is an extension. Not a new primary Series G.
Do not read today’s $400 million as the Series G itself, and do not add it to the June figure as a single stack announced today. Cyera’s June 10, 2026 BusinessWire was a separate $600 million Series G, led by Evolution Equity, at a $12 billion valuation. Today’s paper is additional capital on that series.
Who is on the paper
Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives is the named investor on the extension. The same About section lists Accel, Blackstone, Cyberstarts, Georgian, Lightspeed, and Sequoia among backers. Those names are the company’s.
Product names on the wire
Cyera says it has secured the data layer since day one and this year extended that control to the agents acting on it. Product names on the September 22 release: Agent Guardian and Cyera Endpoint. The company says those products give visibility across AI agents, tracking tool calls, database queries, and actions from cloud to endpoint devices.
The same release says the Oasis Security acquisition brings non-human identity (NHI) management into that system. Connecting where sensitive data lives with who or what can reach it is Cyera’s framing, not an independent assessment.
Use of proceeds, as Cyera wrote them
The September 22 wire says the investment will support the AI Security product roadmap, deeper expansion in the federal market, and international growth across EMEA and APAC.
“Global 2000 enterprises are telling us the same thing: they need to trust what AI agents can see and do before they can scale them. AI infrastructure is moving faster than the security architecture around it. This investment accelerates our work to bring data and identity together, so enterprises can give agents access with confidence and keep that access aligned with business intent.”
Yotam Segev, cofounder and CEO of Cyera, on the September 22 company press release.
“Securing AI will be one of the defining categories in enterprise technology over the next decade. Cyera was the first to bring data and identity together, and as agents multiply faster than anyone can track, the gap between what they’re trusted to do and what they can actually reach is becoming increasingly dangerous. Cyera’s technology, customer traction, and execution position it to become the platform enterprises rely on to secure AI.”
Irit Kahan, Managing Director within Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, on the same release. The distinguishing facts on that paper remain the $400 million Series G extension, Goldman Sachs Alternatives as the named investor, and Evolution Equity as the Series G lead.
